Our Pastor Network
—The Heart of ICM
ICM empowers economic growth through our Prevail savings groups. Prevail is a multifaceted, community program that enables families in ultra-poverty to earn, save, and invest for a brighter future. Our vision for the ultra-poor is for every person to have a dependable income, access to savings for emergencies or start-up capital, and a community around them to support and encourage new economic opportunities.

Passionate and Dedicated, but Under Resourced
ICM partner pastors are highly motivated to help their communities, but they lack the support and resources they need to serve in their mission fields. Most ICM pastors:
- Serve in extremely poor areas
- Are very poor themselves—most have a second job
- Lack denominational support
- Feel isolated, unsupported, and alone in their ministries
Transform increases attendance at partner pastors’ churches by 96%! ICM
is equipping churches to better love and serve those around them who are
in great need.
Who Are Our Partner Pastors
Average Church Size
The average ICM partner pastor’s church contains just 45 people, of which 16 are children and 29 are adults.
ICM works with pastors across a spectrum of denominations: we seek unity and common ground, agreeing to disagree on some theological issues in the pursuit of unity to serve the poor.

Weekly Church Offerings
ICM provides a whole year of training to each pastor for just $100! Help us empower local churches to serve those around them with physical, spiritual and emotional transformation.
