Pamela Hsu Phua

Pamela Hsu Phua is Director at Matrix Global Investments Ltd., a private multi-asset financial management platform. Based in Singapore, she brings over two decades of international banking experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Switzerland. Previously, Pamela served as Chief Executive Officer Asia at VP Bank, where she was responsible for driving the bank’s open investment architecture, corporate growth, and strategic operations across the region.

Before that, she held senior leadership positions including Head of Asia Family Office at Pictet and Head of Intermediaries Greater China at Julius Baer, where she spent over a decade. She began her career at BNP Paribas and also worked in private banking at Credit Suisse.

Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major with Upper Honours in Finance and International Business from the National University of Singapore.

Deeply committed to serving the vulnerable, she is actively engaged in volunteer and service initiatives. Pamela is a board member of Child’s Dream Association – Switzerland, and also serves on the Singapore Board of Advisors for U-Go, an organization dedicated to helping young women in low-income countries pursue higher education.
