Randy Wilcox

Randy Wilcox currently serves on the board of the American Architectural Foundation, Kaifa, a nonprofit organization supporting charities in China, and AXIS, a nonprofit focused on strengthening the faith and values of teenagers.

He is currently an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University where he teaches a graduate course in negotiation and leadership.  Randy received his BA in business administration from Cedarville University in Ohio, where he previously served as a trustee.  He received his MBA from University of Denver.

Randy recently retired from his position as president Americas for Otis Elevator Company, a division of United Technologies.  Randy was named to this role in 2007 where he was responsible for three billion in sales and 12,000 employees throughout the US, Canada and Latin America. Previously, Randy lived in Hong Kong where he served as president of Otis Elevator’s South Asia Pacific Area for 5 years.  In this position he was responsible for one billion in sales and 6000 employees across 20 countries in Asia and the Middle East.
